1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and your dealings with Halcyon Motors & Moto Trading Corp. ("Halcyon Motors"). By using this website or buying from our showroom, you agree to them. Philippine law governs these terms.
2. Vehicle listings
- All prices are in Philippine pesos and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Prices, availability, and specifications can change without notice. A listing on this website is an invitation to inquire, not a binding offer.
- Photos show the actual unit unless the listing says otherwise. Screen colors may differ slightly from real life.
- Mileage readings are taken at the time of listing and are stated in good faith.
3. Inspections and condition
Every unit passes our internal inspection before sale (212 points for cars, 148 points for motorcycles). We describe known defects honestly in each listing. You are welcome, and encouraged, to bring your own mechanic before you buy.
4. Reservations
A unit can be reserved for three (3) days with a refundable fee of PHP 20,000. If you do not proceed, the full fee is returned within five (5) banking days. If you proceed, the fee becomes part of your payment.
5. Payments
We accept bank transfer, manager's check, and approved dealer financing. We do not accept cryptocurrency. Full payment (or approved financing) must be complete before a unit is released.
6. Warranty
Used units carry our 6-month or 10,000 km warranty on the engine and transmission, whichever comes first, unless the listing states a different coverage. The warranty does not cover wear items, misuse, racing, or flood damage after purchase. Statutory rights under the Consumer Act and the Lemon Law, where applicable, are not affected.
7. Registration and transfer
We process the LTO transfer of ownership for every sale. Government processing times are outside our control, but we update you at each step and hand over the OR/CR when released.
8. Website use
- Do not scrape, copy, or republish our listings or photos without written permission.
- Do not attempt to access the staff area or interfere with the website's operation.
- The website is provided "as is". We aim for accuracy but small errors can happen; we fix them when found.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim connected to a sale is limited to the price paid for the unit. Nothing in these terms removes rights that Philippine consumer law gives you.
